ANNUAL MEETING OF P. AND T. CLUB OFFICERS ELECTED The annual meeting of the P. and T. Crick&t Club was held recently with the retiring president, Mr J. D. Rivett, in the cliair. In the election of officers for the new Mr Rivett Avas re-elected to the presidency. Others appointed were:— Patron; Mr A. Hayter. Vice-presidents: Messrs N. Bremner, E. Armstrong, J. Plamus, Mahy, S. McLeod, Savage, J. Hignett,, L. Norris, Captain Carey, W, Winn, W. Henderson, F. Lysaght, W. R. Sloane, S. Tippett, A. Bridgcr. Secretary: Mr E. Chard. Trustees: Messrs T. Dixon and H. Jackson. Committee: Messrs L. Bennett, Keen, Breen, Hudson, Crawford. Delegates to Association: Messi-3 Jackson and Chard, There was some discussion on subscription rates and it Avas finally resolved that the Association's rule regarding subscription payments .should be strictly followed. It Was moved by Mr Dixon and seconded by Mr Rivett that the club communicate Avith the Association regarding the club's protest in rei spect to the match Avhich should have been played between P. and T. and Hillcrest. A smoke concert Avill be held on July 6tli to finalise the year'fc activities and the organising committee for this function is Messrs Jackson, Bennett, Dixon and Chard.
