WAINUI PATRIOTIC SOCIETY The newly formed local branch of the Whakatane Patriotic Society, •held a social evening in the Waingarara School on Saturday, June 22. This function met wi.-h a magnificent response, w r orthy ct the great purpose which the cause represents, and the committee takes this opportunity of thanking aH those who -contributed so generously inwards the outstanding success of the evening.
