The Waikato Red Poll Herd is one of the oldest established studs in the Dominion and contains a record offering of A.A. cattle. The herd has been carefully culled and is of a first-class standard. Imported sires of the highest merit have been used and two of these sires, together with three of their sons will be sold. The herd which is a good producing one of grnnd type and colour includes the grand young imported cow, Wingaroo Silver Susie 2nd and her rising yearling bull. The principal herd sires, Wingaroo Manna (imp.) and Wingaroo Mart (imp.) are two wonderful types and no finer individual than, the former bull has ever been seen in this part of the world.
