COUNTY COUNCIL
MONTHLY MEETING HELD SHORT SESSION The Whaltatane County Council met yesterday, Mr J. L. Burnett pre siding over Councillors A. F. McGougan, L. W. Luxton r W. A. McCracken, H. C. McCready, R. Wardlaw, C, T. Smith, D. W. Spence, T. G. H. Cawte and F. J. Burt. Commencing Jit a little after 1 p.m. the business was disposed of in very good time, the meeting concluding at 3.40 p.m. Included 'was a fairly lengthy " conference with the Hospital Board, the members of which, together with the Secretary and Medical Superintendent, waited on the Council to discuss matters relating to Hospital finance.
