(b) men who have volunteered for the naval or air forces or the N.Z, E. F. and have been accepted or provisionally accepted but whose service has not yet commenced or is temporarily suspended (c) men who have volunteered as aforesaid and have .been rejected for medical reasons. A certificate will be issued each badge which must be produced by the wearer whenever required by a person in authority. It will also be an offence for any person other than those legally entitled, to do so to wear the badges or to imitate them in any way.
