COMMUNISTIC ELEMENT
SUBVERSIVE INFLUENCE DRASTIC ACTION WANTED At a well-attended meeting of tin* Opotlki District Patriotic Committee, held recently, the following resolution was carried unanimously and will be forwarded to the Prime Minister: — "That the Opotiki District Patriotic Committee views with alarm the extent to which the Communistic element exists in this country and is unanimously of the opinion that more drastic steps should be taken to counteract this evil.
