VIEWPOINT OF FARMERS The possibility of a general increase in wages was revieAved with alarm at the annual meeting of t)he Manawatu Provincial Executive of the Farmers* Union., and it was decided to suggest to the Government that there be no increase unless prices for farm produce are also advanced.
