Of £200; 1 mile ami 5 fur. Jewelled Girdle, The Dozer 10.0; Sigurd 10.5; Dauber J 0.4; Cappy 9.12; Very Glad 9.8; Vaalso 9.5; Race Whip 9.2; Mafloi 9.1; Tane Mahot.u. Phildale,, Tractor, Tavern Song, Well Away, Kua King, All * metic, Holme Fell, Nithmount, Torch 9.0. Considering that The Dozer has yet to contest a hurdle race, to couple him with Jewelled Girdle as top weight is a distinct compliment. He is reported to be executing highly satisfactory schooling work in private and it would not surprise to see him head the field. Incidentally he is nominated for the Great Northern. Sigurd must have every chance after his showing at Whangarei and the same can be said o,f Dauber. Cappy has not raced since winning at Avondale and is suited by the Pukekohe course. The best of those on the lower scales should be Race Whip. Most support may be forthcoming for The Dozer Cappy Sigurd
