The details were:— Ist Round: M. Millner won front D. Beale by default; M. Martin beat J. Riddell. 2nd Round: M. Millner heat M. Martin 9-15; A. Britten beat B. Cutler; H. Armstrong won from J. Searing by default; E. Wilson beat J. Collins 9-3; Howat won from K. Watson by jrefault; A. Kilgour won from F. Hunter by default; Vi Timbs won from K. Schofield by default; A. Sharman won from H. Young by default. 3rd Round: A. Britten beat MU Millner 9-7; H. Armstrong beat E-. Wilson 9-4; A. Sharman beat W. Howat 9-1; V; Timbs won from A.. Kilgour by default. 4th Round; H. Armstrong beat A-. Britten 9-5; A. Sharman beat VTimbs 9-0. Final: H. Armstrong beat A. Sharman 9-8.
