HITLER HAS "JUMPS"
"Hitler lias the jumps," declared the Second Sea Lord, Admiral Sir Charles Little, in a speech to naval cadets at Dartmouth College. "Hitler's red light is showing on the Western horizon. The Royal j Navy is standing to its stations on the seven seas, and the lion's taiL is moving faster and faster. "You have chosen a naval profession and the sooner you get into the Avar the better for yourselves and the service. The war mightn't last very long, and there might not lie another in your career. Every fighting man should gain experience of war."
