MEETING OF HOUSEHOLDERS COMMITTEE NOW COMPLETE The withdrawal of one of the nominees for a position on the Whakatane School Committee which was to . have been elected this evening makes it unnecessary now to hold a ballot. The meeting will be held in the school house and there is a warm invitation extended to the parents of children attending and to all other adults interested to attend. Recommendations to the incoming committee will be receivable, and the meeting affords the public large an opportunity of voicing opinions with regard to the its management and the welfare of the children.
