FLAGS AND BUNTING
APPEAL TO BUSINESSMEN A special appeal is made by the .Mayor, Mr B. S. Barry, to all businessmen to observe the forthcoming Centennial by displaying as prominently as possible, flags, bunting and suitable window ornamentation. It is hoped on Saturday next to transform the town into a gala centre which will carry with it the full significance of the great anniversary which is being observed. The Borough Council on its part will do its utmost towards brightening up the main street Avith decoraLions and coloured lights. The shopowners are therefore asked to do their utmost by co-operating to the hest of their ability.
