ROAD SEALING
RESTRICTION ON SPEED Motorists will have to ease up on the accelerator while travelling in Commerce Street for the next few days. Some chains have been newly coated with metal chips and there is a necessary restriction on speed to allow for the proper consolidation of the sealing. To those who have journeyed over the Rotoma Hill during the last two of three months the restriction is not irksome but many are the studies in patience as local drivers traverse the stretch. Motorists are requested not to exceed 15 m.p.h. on the new coating.
