PUBLIC NOTICES COUNTY OF WHAKATANE Public notice is hereby given that the Opouriao Bridge over the Waimana River on- the Taneatua-Rua-toki Road may be used subject to the following conditions; Weight: Wheeled traffic. 2 axles. 5 tons gross. 4 tons axle. Six wheelers with 3 or more axles 3% tons per axle. Speed: 10 m.p.h. all vehicles. Stock: Not more than 5 tons stock on any one span. No vehicular traffic while stock on bridge. Own Risk: All bridge users use same at their own risk. It is an offence to operate a vehicle. or drive stock over the bridge in contravention to thv; conditions above mentioned. Furthermore, if damage results to the bridge through the conditions above mentioned being broken, the Owner of the vehicle or the owner of the stock responsible for such damage will be liable for the cost of making good the damage done.
