DRUNKENNESS CHARGES BAIL ESTREATED IN EACH CASE There was no appearance in either case when Rioiwhenua Kuaha, aged 40, labourer, of Poroporo, and Ernest Isaac Cartier,, aged 64, farmer, of Awakeri, were charged -in the Police Court on Monday ing with being intoxicated Strand on Saturday. Mr G. A. Brabant, J.P., entered a conviction and ordered the estreation of the bail in both cases. Both had been bailed on £1 sureties.
