Vowles, £5 14s 3d and £1 18s 6d costs; Commissioner of Taxes v John Ruri, £12 16s 8d and £1 8s costs; Commissioner of Taxes v Stanley Sidney Wheeler £34 Is and £1 10s costs; John Baftley v Harold Short, £22 15s and £2 13s costs, with possession within one month; Bay of Plenty Press Company (in liquidation) v Harry White, £4 -17s 6d and £1 10s costs. The only judgment summons was Osmond and Sons Ltd. v E. Cartier, and judgment was given for a total of £9 9s v in default nine days' imprisonment.
