THIRD ECHELON
MEN ENTERING CAMP
POSTED TO UNITS
Prospective non-commissioned officers for the third echelon went into camp last week. The men of the rifle battalion proceeded to Narrow Neck, the engineers to Trentham, l.hc Anti-tank Corps to Ngaruawahia, the Ammunition Company to Burnham, the Field Ambulance to Burnham, and the Divisional Signallers to Trentham. Men who have left from the Paeroa Army District include:— Rifle Battalion: Joseph Marsden, Rotorua; John Blair, Whakatane; S. E. Carr, Rotorua; Hugh W. Chambers, Whakatane; P. T. Cristall, 'Otakiri; J. L. Davey, Rangiuru; D. G. Dawson, Opotiki; G. S. Earl, Waihi; F. W. Ellerv, Tauranga; H. L. Hammond, Ohope; Glen George Olsen. Whitianga; Guy Vernon Turn bull, Whakatane; A. E. P. Worlev, Rotorua.
Field Company, N.Z. Engineers: A. A. Begbie, Arapuni; N. Patterson, Whakatane. Anti-tank Corps: Isaac Walker Arrol, Whakatane; W. J. D. Galbraith, Rotorua. Divisional Ammunition Company; V. O. Kelly, Whakatane; G. G. Craig, Morrinsvillc. Field Ambulance: Reginald William Andrews, Opotiki.
