BACGNERS MAKE TO £4 6s The Farmers' Co-op. Auctioneering Co report Jlaving held their fort nightly sale at the above yards on Monday when they offered a full yarding to a representative bench of buyers. Bacon pigs were yarded in large numbers and sold under keen competition. Small pigs and stores were easier on previous sales. We quote: Heavy baconers £4 2s to £4 6s; medium baconers £3 18s to £4; light baconers £3 8s to £3 15s; heavy porkers £2 13s to £2 16s; medium porkers £2 7s to £2 lis; largo stores £2 8s to £2 19s; slips 22s to 355; wcaners (:s to 18s 6d; choppers £2 to l£3.
