FIVE FALL ON MONDAYS TWO FRIDAYS THE 13th Two days on which Friday occurs as the thirteenth of the month, and the faliling of five public holidays on Mondays are revealed by a perusal of the calendar for 1940. V, and Labour Day, October 28, is a Monday Summer time ends for this summer on April 27, and begins again on September 22. The change of half an hour takes place at 2 a.m. on each of those two days.
