TWO GIRLS INJURED
-COLLISION AT TE KAHA / i A CARS DAMAGED A collision between a car driven by Miss Jean Fairweather of Te Kaha, and a car and trailer driven by a tourist occurred near Te Kaha on Monday. Miss Fairweather received a broken arm while her com pan ion Miss Joyce Kerr, suffered facial injuries. Both were admitted to the Opotiki Hospital. The cars -were both very badly damaged. STEERING WHEEL BREAKS TWO MOTORISTS INJURED Through the steering wheel break ing and flying into their faces, Mr Don Abbot and Miss Clayton received facial injuries when a ear driven by Mr Abbot came into collision with a taxi driven by Mr Eric Philpot, on Christinas morning. Miss Clayton was admitted to the Opotiki Hospital. Both cars Avcrc 'extensively damaged.
