NEW WARSHIPS
FOR AUSTRALIA
Three Tribal class destroyers, which the Commonwealth decided to build, will be constructed at Cockatoo Island, Sydney. These ships will be of the latest type which has just been added to the Royal Navy, They are of 187 tons, have eight ■I.7in guns, and four 21 in torpedo tubes. The total estimated cost i? £3,521,000.
