YOUNG MAN FINED

A line of £2 was inflicted on Keith Allan Hoi lis. aged 21, who pleaded guilty to ;< charge, of disorderly conduct while drunk in a public place. Constable Fuller said that at about 9.45 p.m. on Friday Constable Prater heard a commotion and saw Hollis struggling with another person who was trying to restrain him and lie was shouting. The Constable warned him that lie would be arrested but accused continued to shout and as a second warning by Constable Prater had no effect, Hol--lis was arrested. Accused was willing to take out a prohibition order.
