LICENSING NECESSARY FEE 10/- PER ANNUM At a special meeting of the Whakatane Borough Council held prior to the general meeting on Monday night, it was resolved that all premises used for the manufacture or sale of foodstuffs be licensed. In response to a request from Cr Sullivan, the Mayor defined foodstuffs as including bread, meat, poultry, fish, fruit, milk, cream, ice-cream,. etc. The list does hot include the large majority of goods sol (J in grocers' slvops. tVic fee v fixed at. ids per - annum.
