BONFIRE COLLECTION

NIGHT AT OHOPE PROMOTERS OUT-OF-POCKET

The collection taken up on Saturday evening last, amongst the 500 odd persons attending the Oh:.-pe bonfire and fireworks display resulted in the sum of £1 9s coming to hand. The promoters are actually 30s out of pocket as a result. As the effort was voted such a success it is somewhat regrettable that this sum still remains outstanding, as a further responsibility to be shouldered. by those who organised the event.
