BAD WEATHER CONTINUES ISOLATED ATTACKS CONTINUE ; Ij In spite of bad weather and boggy conditions action by both sides was continued on the Western Front, where isolated infantry units came into contact, according to a French communique. A German report says that the heavy artillery from the Siegfried Line is pounding, the French fi cations.
