CAKE POWDER BUNS 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 6oz. dripping or butter, 2 dessertspoons Edmonds Cake Powder, * cup raisins, } piece peel, a little milk. Mix flour and sugar, rub in the dripping (or butter), then add Cake Powder and fruit and mix to a stiff dough with the milk. Put in dessertspoonfuls on cold greased tray and bake in hot oven for about 10 minutes. (No Baking Powder required.) KISSES (Eggless) butter, 2 tablespoons hot water, \ cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 3 cup coconut, 1 teaspoon Edmonds Cake Powder. Melt butter with hot 'Water, mix into dry ingredients which have been previously mixed together. Roll into balls, put on tray and flatten a little. Cook 15 minutes in a moderate oven. Put together with butter icing. (No Baking Powder required.) If you haven't yet tried Edmonds Cake Powder get a 6d tin from your grocer to-day.
