A really great double feature programme with Metro Golclwyn Mayer's first of their new action sports thrills "Burn Up O'Connor'' featuring Dennis O'-* Keefe, Cecilia Parker, Nat Pendleton Harry Carey. One by one hisV racing pals crashed to death! . . .. Tt was up to "Burn 'Em Up O'Connor" to discover why? Also Evelyn Venable, Grant Richards in "My Old Kentucky Home" a fine drama of the south splashed with ths Hall Johnstone Negro Choir singing favourites as 'Old Black Joe,' 'Massas in de Cold Ground'My Old Kentncky Home' etc. etc. Truly a great programme. Commencing Thursday. "Little Miss Broadway" Shirley George „ Murphy, Phyllis Brooks, Edna May Oliver. Edward Ellis. Every merry melodious moment establishes this as Shirley's b most successful musical comedy vesl. She's a Shirley of surprises, with l:er grandest cast of troupers around her.
