ROUGH SEAS The strong winds of the last few days have delayed shipping at Wiiakatane, and the Vesper, which completed loading timber and sundries on AVednesday had to wait in port yesterday for the sea on the bar to f! fa ton out. The Northern Company's Toa with n full cargo spent Wednesday ami Thursday outside, eventually malt;ng the port last night. Her cargo includes 40 tons of cement, besides benzine and other general catrgo. Next Northern Company vessel in Whakatane will be the Clansman which leaves on Saturday and is .Hie here on. .Monday.
