RIDER OF DEFAULTER
It is stated in 'the south that J. Ellis is making a steady recovery from his eye trouble and if he can make the trip to Australia will ride Defaulter in his November racing. Bert Ellis, who is now doing the riding having agreed to stand down. In any case Defaulter is not likely to suffer through inefficient horsemanship .
