REGENT Final two sessions to-day of Dea.nna Durbin in "Three Smart Girls Grow Up" with Nan Grey, Helen Charles Winninger etc. The general opinion is that this film is even better than the original "Three Smart Girls." The whole cast is excellent. Deanna Durbin sings songs such as "Invitation t 0 the Waltz" "Last Rose of Summer"' and finally her singing of "Because" gives true feeling to her wonderful voice. Commencing Saturday is another of those delightful 1 comedies such as Metro Goldwyn Mayer produce. A typical example recently was "Three Loves Has Nancy" and now "The Fir s c Hundred Years" "featuring- Robert Montgomery, Virginia Bruce,..Warren*' William and Binnie Barnes,
