Mure we have a new puzzle which we hope our readers will be able to> solve. Arrange twelve matches to" form four squares as in the.diagram. Nowsec if you can re-arrange the position of Three MatcJics so there will be three squares instead ,of four, each the same size as the originai ones. When you have done it maLo a diagram out showing the solution and send it in to Peter the Whaler. Don't tell your friends and the first three will receive free picture tickets. BIGGER AND BIGGER A WORD PUZZLER Sent in by Kelvin Hatcher^ 4 Which is the Bigger? There was once a family called Bigger. The first is: Who was the Bigger* —Mrs Bigger or Baby Bigger? The second is: Who was the Bigger—Mr Bigger or Mrs Bigger? Then at last, Mr Bigger died 5 and the third is: Who was now the Bigger—Mrs Bigger or Babj r Bigger? Answer. First: Baby Bigger, because ho ivas a "little Bigger." Second: Mr Bigger, because he was Father Bigger (far the bigger) . Third: Mrs because Baby digger was fatherless (far the less).
