British Empire (except meantime Australia and Dependencies), including Protectorates and Mandated Ter. ritory, also Egypt: each half ounce or fraction thereof. All other Countries: Postal Union rates 2%d for first ounce or fraction thereof, and lVzd for each additional ounce or fraction thereof. POSTCARDS Inland: Single leply Id.
