The property is situated Eight miles from the Town of Whakatane on the Eastern Drain Road having a frontage of 1(587.4 links to this road. one half of the area is at present planted in flax and the balance is covered mainly with raupo rushes and scrub. There is drainage reserve along the whole of the Southern boundary and a drain along the Eastern boundary. There is a smaller drain through the North Eastern corner of the land. There are no buildings erected on the land.
