ELECTION OF DIRECTORS Notice is hereby given that nominations for the election of Directors close with the Returning Officer at the company's registered office at 12 o'clock midnight on Wednesday,* 23rd August, 1939. The Directors retiring by rotation are: Stuart Chalmers Spence, John William Sumner. Mr Stuart Chalmers Spence is eligible and offers himself for re-elec-tion. Mr John William Sumner is not seeking re-election. NOTE: Every nomination must be in writing signed by two bona fide members (other than the person nom inated) as nominator a nd seconder and must be signed by the person nominated, signifying his acceptance of nomination.
