The Farmers' Auctioneering Go. held their fortnightly pig sale at the Etlgecumbe yards on Monday when they offered over the advertised yard ing of pigs to a representative bench of buyers from outside a,nd local. Competition was keen throughout and everything was sold under the hammer. No heavy baconers were yarded. Medium baconers £3 6s to £3 lis, heavy porkers £2 10s to £2 13s, medium porkers £2 Gs to £2 large stores £2 10s to £2 18s, mediums stores S2 4s to £2 9s slips 28s to 335, weaners, good, 20s to medium 8s 6d to 16s, choppers to £2 16s, sows in pig £2 10s to £4 15s, sows witK litters £4 10s to £8 15s. The next sale will be held on Moo* day, August 28.
