COST OF ROADING
A decision to forego the overheai 'charge of 10 per cent on the estimate for reading Sutherland's block, between Salonika Street and Goulstone Road, wag made by the Wha_ katane Borough Council at Monday night's meeting. The (estimate warf £864 plus the 10 per cent and t-hef Director of - Housing Construction wrote stating that It seemed the cost was unduly high.
