A. AND P. ANNUAL MEETING.
OWING to an error in the datles announced in the leader of last Friday's isue, the annual meeting of the A. and P. Society was stated to foe this evening. . This was incorrect, as the meeting takes place on Monday next August 21st. It is hoped on that occasion that the same feeling of goodwill which now exists in the town towards the fixture, will lead to the attendance at the meeting of many businessmen, who realising the importance of the Show to Whakatane, will be prepared to lend their moral and active support.
