The bull Pinedale Stylish's Matchless Duke \va,s purchased by Mr Bond for 38 guineas. Mr Bonner of Pukehuea, North Auckland, bought the cow Palm Grove Dixie at 19% guineas. Mr Drcadon from the same district bought several very nv.M' cows :at from 9gns to 12gns. The sale average was 10 which can be considered very satisfactory considering that a good number of the cattle were showing age.
