On Mr Henderson's motion it was decided to send a further letter of thanks to Mr Cucksev. It was also decided to send a letter to Mr J. Rivett, thanking him for his donation of two guineas. The nomination of a Scout third grade team was accepted. It was decided that the third grade draw on Saturday week should be Taneatua versus Whakatane, Scouts versus Old Boyts. The Waimana and Ruatoki clubs were given permission to send a side to Whatatutu on July 1 to play for (i memorial trophy. . It was decided to purchase a newball for representative amd school footballs were also handed to delegates for distribution to clubs. It was decided to notify the Rangitiaiki sub-Union that Whakatane would play a return third grade re. pivscntative game as a curtain raiser to the first Rangitaiki-Whakatane senior game played in Rangitaiki s territory.
