FUNCTION
LADIES AND THEIR DRESSES
Many Bay of Plenty people ! and visitors from other districts gathered at Taneatua on Tuesday night for the annual Masonic Ball which this year was even more successful than on pa«t occasions. The soft colours of the ladies' evening gowns made a [charming picture under the glow oc the lights, some of the new materials being especially striking in theiv modern styling. The excellent music of Castlcton's Orchestra from Rotorua made dancing pleasant and it was to everyone's regret that the function ended in the early hours 01 the morning.
