o FUTURE REFEREES' MEETINGS Mr 0. S. Hylton, Tauranga, who was a delegate to the annual meeting of the New Zealajid Rugby Referees Association at Gisborne, reported to the Bay of Plenty Associathat the annual meeting of the association followed the conference, t was presided over by the president Mr Bert Marshall, Waikato. Tlic meeting decided to approve of in alteration to by-law 13, submitted by the executive, providing that the annual conference shall in futuiii ':>e held in Wellington unless a change if venue is agreed upon at an annual meeting, as the result of an ap- ) lie at ion made by an affiliated assowhich has given at least ">nr weeks' notice of motion.
