Hylton, Tauranga, who was a delegate to the annual meeting of the New Zealajid Rugby Referees Association at Gisborne, reported to the Bay of Plenty Associathat the annual meeting of the association followed the conference, t was presided over by the president Mr Bert Marshall, Waikato.
