Ruatoki iio\v was pressing Paroa, and play was keen,- hard and exciting anf\wrth advantage to Ruatoki In the last ten minutes Paroa pressed Ruatoki, and from a line out almost of goal line a Paroa forward scored. The kick failed. The .score was 14-9. Even play followed from now on end of the game with both sides attacking- in turn.
