SOCCER AND HARRIERS

Dear Sir, —I am a New Zealander anil am keen on, Sport, and refereed Soccer in Wellington some time ago. It's a good game, and there are grounds here. Are there any players? If they will give me their names I will do my utmost to form a Soccer Club and if the other districts are interested we could form an Association. Are the boys willing to help? "Anfti.Soccer" can get busy and : form a harriers club. There are several keen on having harriers. Why ' shouldn't they too leave their names with me. I don't agree with AaliSoccer 'or the more sport we have the better it will be for every game in Whakatane. The chief tror.ble with most people like Anti.Soccer is that they don't understand the game. I Yours etc., Albert Webb, C/c W. Smyth.
