Add sugar to remainder of milk, bring to tlie •„ " boil,, then pour the mixed custard slowly into it, stirring all the time. Boil for one or two minutes, then pour into a wet mould to set. A level teaspoon s of butter added to the milk [ Avhen heating will improve the flavour. j MELROSE CREAM j Equal quantities of custard made j with Edmonds Custard Powder, and liquid jelly made with I Edmonds Jelly Crystals. Mix together and put into mould to J set. An attractive dish can be I made by surrounding the above with different coloured jellies ' from small mculus. i PINEAPPLE TRIFLE j Ingredients: 1 small tin Pineapple, 4 cup cream, j sponge ? sandwich, 1 packet Edmunds s . Jelly Crystals, pineapple ■< flavour, a pint Custard road; j with Edmonds Vanilla Custard , * Powder. ■[ Cut up sponge cake and place j in a glass dish. Make jeily, * using pineapple juice, and make * up to a p:nt of liquid with hot ] water. Pour over and Leave j till set. Cut up pineapple, out j oil top and pour custard over. * Decorate with whipped crec-m and cherries or a few crystals j • from a raspberry jeily packet.
