FORMATION OF TRIBAL UNITS MOVEMENT IN DISTRICT Tt is understood that efforts aie cither being marie or are in train to raise territorial units among the district tribes. There is a move to establish a Ngatiawa platoon and arrangements to this end are now fn progress. Ruatoki representatives on the Whakatane Ruiiby Sub-Union showed themselves interested when the matter of territorial tra'ning among footballers wr? referred to by t'nc; • chairman, Mr W. S.
