APPROACHING MARRIAGE
TENNIS PARTY Mrs P. Sisam., Miss M. Whiteside, Miss J. Sullivan and Miss L. James were joint hostesses at a surprise "tennis party on Saturday a Iter noon Jast in honour of Miss L>orna Sisam - marriage. During the .afternoon a closely contested tennis tournament "was held the winners being Miss Marie Carter and-Mr Don _James other prizes going to Miss Molly Dell and Mr G. Fogarty. Each guest brought along some. - thing for the bride-to-be in. the form „of a kitchen utensil and these were opened by Miss Sisam after the serving of afternoon tea. Afternoon tea •was served on the cool verandahs. Those present were Mrs L» Sisam Mrs P. Sisam, Mrs W. Sullivan, Mrs R. Boon, Mrs Mollgaard, Mrs Riddell, Mrs Carter (Taneatua) ? Mrs L. Berg Mrs G.
