The proprietor has also a lease of Sulphur Point, about a ten minutes walk from the Hotel, where the mineral baths are situated, from which such wonderful curative efi'ec'ts are derived, invalids daily leaving ■yho have been permanently cured from bathing in their health-giving waters. No charge is made to visitors stopping at the Rotorua Hotel for the use of these Bath's. The House, a two-Btoried building, is well appointed in every respect, with Billiard Room, Pantrys, Lavatories, Stables, and every requisite supposed to appertain to a first-class Hotel.
