(PBESB AOBUCr.) Wellington, Last Night. The . I egislotive Council have thrown out all the special loan clauses in the Counties ;bu.i. Sir George Grey gave notice he would move it was a breach of privilege for tbe ' Governor or Ministers to make a charge .against any member of the oouse without affording him an opportunity of replying thereto ; he .also gave notice to move that £5000 be placed on the supplementary esti- - males to defray. the cost of proceeding to be to ken with the object of determining whether the Abolition Act is ultra vires. The remainder of the sitting was occupied on tbe Estimates, very little progress being u.ade Wellington Botanical Gardens and Road from Hokitika to Malvern struck out-
