The proprietor has also a lease of Sulphur Point, about a ton minutes walk from the Hotel, where the mineral baths are situated, from which such wonderful curative effects are derived, invalids daily leaving -^ho have been permanently cured from bathing in fheir health-giving waters. No charge is made to visitors stopping at the Rotorua Hotel for the use of these Baths. The House, a two-storied building, is well appointed in every rpspect, with Billiard Room, Pantrys, Lavatories, fc tables, and every requisite supposed to appertain to a first-class Hotel.
