BRADLEY V. HABT. The information in. this case, laid by the informant, agent for Cobb and Co.'s line of mail coaches, between Tauranga and Napier, was as follows : " That Charles L. Hart, of Tauranga, did on the- 10th day of April, 1876, at Tauranga, feloniously steal, take, and carry away from the premises of Hartis Pier.cy r one buggy,, pole, and bars complete, the property of one James Watt and others, of Napier, of the value of £45 sterling.
